The American Dental Association, ADA, recommends bi yearly visits to your professional. Good dental habits at home mean brushing and flossing at least twice daily and eating a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Check your local community center’s calendar for our workshops. We offer comprehensive one-hour educational workshops on the importance of good dental care. Each month one of our skilled dentists holds these educational seminars. He or she will go over dental health care basics and will address what constitutes a healthy, well-balanced diet. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and interact with others who, like yourself, care about dental health. Here at Tacoma Dental we believe that good oral hygiene can never begin too early and encourage you to bring your family with you.

Tacoma Dental also works in tandem with the public school system and representatives from our office schedule regular visits with the schools. The representatives address the each class separately, thereby allowing the children more one-on-one time with the representative. Fear of the dentist is common, and it is our hope that by being so involved, and getting into the community and meeting the people, we will be able to dispel the most common fears associated with our profession.
